Full time investors are able to attend the surveys and manage the vendors but you have a full time job that currently takes priority. The professional investors are skilled negotiators and you are not.

We are now offering you complete access to our systems so you can compete with the professionals already operating in your area.

Why are we providing this service?

It leverages our time and we know that some investors only wish to buy properties in their local area. We will teach you all you need to know, give you the tools and access to the required service providers and in return we receive an income from the deals you secure.

It is in our best interest to provide the best possible service to each investor as we get paid on your results.

Initially we will take on just 25 investors nationwide and the service will be offered on an exclusive basis i.e. just one investor for each town (e.g. Doncaster would be all DN postcodes, Sheffield all S postcodes etc). We will research your chosen area with you and only take on investors where we believe BTL investment is a viable proposition.

The target is for you to secure one deal per month with our systems, help and guidance. Remember we get paid when you secure the deals. You are free to choose which deals you take on and any surplus deals can be sold on to other investors. What will you achieve with the Fast Sale Network?

Ideally you are looking to invest in property yourself but you may wish to operate purely as a deal sourcer and take the income this provides.

House prices vary throughout the country, as do sourcing fees, but if you take an average property price of £100,000 and a £3,000 sourcing fee it will give you some idea of the potential income.

The major benefit is the equity in each deal you take on without the usual finder’s fee to pay. Our deals normally generate between £20,000 and £40,000 in INSTANT equity. We operate in an area where property prices are relatively low and the level of instant equity may be much higher in your chosen location. We realise not everyone has the capital to pay a five figure sum up front and we expect to be paid on our performance so our fees are structured around the deals you complete.

We are offering you the choice of two available schemes and the costs, payable on completion of each deal, are shown below:

Platinum Fast Sale Network Members

• 1% of the property valuation for each deal you take on

• 25% of sourcing income, plus associated referral income, for deals you sell on

Gold Fast Sale Network Members

• 2% of the property valuation for each deal you take on

• 35% of sourcing income, plus associated referral income, for deals you sell on

Why two schemes?

As you will appreciate it takes time and effort to ‘coach’ each investor and set up the websites etc. If we were take our entire fee on completion some investors would take on the membership and do nothing with it. We only want to work with individuals that are committed to making this a success. Therefore investors will also pay a membership fee for the Platinum and Gold schemes.

Lower membership fees for Gold members but higher costs for completing / selling on each deal, the choice is yours. Membership is offered on a first come first served basis and we reserve the right to choose investors based on our selection criteria i.e. if your local area is Park Lane / Mayfair or have a credit score of 300 the service is probably not for you.
